    Introducing our new product: Salty Greens! A dehydrated sunflower mix packed with nutrients and rich umami flavor. This blend is a powerful way to boost both taste and nutrition in your meals. Use it as an herb mix or a salt alternative, just a pinch goes a long way! Due to low-temp dehydration (105°F/ 40.5°C), the concentrated microgreens deliver a naturally salty, savory punch.

    When dehydrated, the stable nutrients are kept intact, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc, and are important minerals for various bodily functions, such as bone health, nerve function, oxygen transport, and muscle function.

  • Come get your box in person at the Noordermarkt every Saturday! (80-100 grams per box for only 5 euros!!)

    We offer a radish mix with daikon and Red rambo, spicy radish mix? And a variety of different microgreens boxes (Sunflower, peas, broccoli etc.)

I started this company for two reasons. First, to prove to myself and the world that it is possible to successfully run a small and sustainable, urban farming business. Second, my objective was to discover the most sustainable approach to operating a company while minimizing its environmental footprint.

Dreams & Diversification

My current goal is to put quality microgreens on your table and my future goals are to diversify my products and offerings. Not only do I see edible flowers and a variety of delicious mushrooms in our future but also a sustainable greenhouse in the city that provides space for other entrepreneurs or plant lovers to grow their own plants.
