I’m excited to be able to offer you quality microgreens not only densely packed with nutrients but full of concentrated flavours, tender texture and gorgeous vibrant colours that will compliment your menu items.

I use vertical farming methods to grow several varieties of microgreens which I have chosen based on popular requests, uniqueness in appearance and taste.

  • My growing space is located in the Houthavens in Amsterdam.

  • All varieties are grown organically and sustainably

  • I use organic, non-GMO seeds and organic compost

  • Water consumption is kept to a minimum (with the use of the bottom watering technique)

  • Microgreens are harvested and delivered within 24 hours (1-2 weeks after your order is placed)

  • All products are delivered in earth-conscious packaging
