Flexible delivery windows between 12pm and 6pm can be chosen when checking out your subscription. Due to the delicacy of the product, I cannot leave your order outside. If you are not home during your chosen delivery window, you will be contacted immediately to reschedule a delivery time.
Freshness Guarantee: Our ‘Freshness Guarantee” is only applicable to deliveries accepted with a signature.
Product cancellation and refund policy:
If the product is damaged / lost in shipping, then please show your receipt of the product and evidence of its defects, and we will offer a refund.
However, unless exceptional circumstances occur, we regret to inform you that we will not be accepting refunds or cancellations.
